What is Bungee Fitness?

Bungee Fitness is a low-impact full-body, cardio and strength training workout. Students wear a harness that is attached to the ceiling via bungee cords. This allows students to bounce, jump, squat, lunge and do other exercises with less stress on the joints.

Bungee Workout Levels

From beginners to frequent flyers, we offer bungee workouts for all fitness levels.  With the ability to specifically customized our bungee systems for each class member, all students can get a great workout regardless of their size, shape or fitness level.  Click on the plus sign next to each class to learn more about the class, including clothing recommendations.

Bungee Fitness: Level 1

Level 1 is for beginners. Class is actually 60 minutes, as it takes up to 30 minutes to setup harnesses for students.
 

Recommended Clothing
Longer shorts or pants recommended. Some people wear two layers on the bottom or padded bike shorts for increased comfort. Clothes should fit snug and long hair should be tied up so they do not tangle in the bungee.

Weight Limit and Contraindications
For safety reasons, participants must weigh between 90 and 240 LBS. For the best experience possible, studio staff will weigh participants prior to class to determine the number of bungees appropriate for you so you can have the best possible experience. Bungee fitness is not recommended for individuals who have had surgery in the last 6 months, pregnant, or have had a chronic pain or a medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands or lower back. If you have any of these conditions or think you may be pregnant, please consult with your physician before taking bungee fitness classes at Pole Kisses, LLC. Individuals under the age of 18 require written parental consent.

Bungee Fitness: Level 2

Class Description
Must have completed level 1 and with instructor’s approval. Bungee Fitness is a low-impact, cardio and strength training, full body workout. Students wear a harness that is attached to the ceiling via bungee cords. This allows students to bounce, jump, squat, lunge and do other exercises with less stress on the joints. Level 2 incorporates more advanced choreographed movements. Participants must take Bungee Level 1  and approved by a Bungee Fitness Instructor before taking Level 2. Individuals late to class will not be admitted. Class is actually 60 minutes and takes up to 30 minutes to setup your harness.
